    Amazing and great McDonald’s place! the range of products means there is something for everyone at any time of day! I love the service done by amazing staff and managers on shift in the breakfast time. Love thats...I personally love the great value coffee..The points scheme is also fabulous and those points quickly add up to genuine freebies.Please make sure your managers are polite to customers as well as employees whereas I seem really rude floor manager named MODUPE to both whereas I want to order today even yesterday as well.

    The issue is slow and rude staff. McDonald's is what it is, the food was as expected. It was obvious there was an issue because I ordered one simple burger as it comes, yet many large orders many numbers after mine were being called for. I'd been waiting mins and it wasn't especially busy in there. So I tried to ask staff for help, I know errors can happen so I wasn't angry at that point just trying to let them know I think my order has been missed. They just completely ignored me, very obviously purposely ignoring me. It's so rude! Acknowledge someone speaking to you, even if you have to say 'give me a moment', don't just look at someone talking to you and walk away rolling your eyes. I had to shout to be acknowledged and that makes me feel like I'm being an ass but both staff members at the front purposely ignored me, repeatedly, so what am I meant to do. Staff need urgent training in basic human courtesy.

    Today's morning shift manager was nice. Today, I had a great experience at McDonald's thanks to the exceptional service provided by the manager. When I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, she handled the situation with kindness and efficiency, ensuring I received the necessary item promptly. Her excellent customer service truly made my day, and I appreciate her going the extra mile to assist me. Thank you for the positive experience

    Put off by how food is handled at this McDonald’s. The managers don’t wash their hands before or put on gloves when handling food, especially after packing and touching everything else in the kitchen and counters. Is this normal practice? I can’t imagine where else those hands went before. Will you eat the food knowing it was prepared like that? I could never come back here. I saw two managers work like this. The lady manager didn’t do anything wrong, btw - she was just in the frame.
